Managing Order Email Notifications

To Manage Order Email Notifications click Sell (1) then choose the Email Notifications (2) area.

Premium Plus account holders will need to choose the store they want to manage and click the Pencil (Edit) Icon.

For the maximum deliverability rate, all emails are sent through the Mandrill Transaction Email System. To preview the emails click the "Preview Email" link.

Purchase Confirmation Email (3) is sent to the buyer when an order that involves payment is placed. The store administrator is also sent a BCC.

The text box can be used for messages to buyers. Messages can also be shown or hidden on the confirmation page by using the drop down box.

Abbreviated Checkout Confirmation Email (4) is sent to anyone that has ordered a free product. The store administrator is also sent a BCC.

Order Status Update Email (5) is sent to customers whose order contains tangible products. The email gets sent when the order's status is changed from Pending Shipment to Completed.

Upon making adjustments click Save Changes (6).
