How to Cancel Service

Before canceling services if there is anything we can do to keep your business please let us know. Give us a call at +1 865-686-5713.

Canceling services will delete all content, stores, subscriptions and buyers will no longer have access to purchased content. Your account will become a LITE account and access will be limited to LITE account services and Reports.

To cancel service click on Help (1) then click on Support Tickets (2) then click on Create New Ticket (3).

When the page loads choose Cancel Services from the Subject (4) drop down box. In the Cancel Services? (5) field you'll need to type the word "Yes". Also a reason for cancellation is required. Upon completion of the form click Cancel All Services (6).
