How to Create a Support Ticket
To create a Support Ticket click on Help (1) then click on Support Tickets (2) then click Create New Ticket (3).
When the page loads you'll be on the Create A Support Ticket page. Choose the Subject of your request and be sure to be detailed with your actual support request. You can also provide File Attachments (4).
Upon completion of the ticket click the Create Support Ticket (5) button.
