Managing the Store Appearance
To Manage the Store Appearance click Sell (1) then choose the Store Appearance (2) area.
Premium Plus account holders will need to choose the store they want to manage and click the Pencil (Edit) Icon.
Currently we offer four themes. At least one theme must remain active per store.
- Super Simple (3)
- Basic List (4)
- Basic Grid (5)
- Basic Store Widget (6)
Below are outlines for each theme.
Super Simple Theme
To preview and activate this theme click the theme image and a popup model window will appear and provide a description and a button to Activate Theme.
Upon refreshing you'll need to set up the following fields.
Page Background Color - This is the browser window background color of your store. Changing the background color will NOT alter the background color of your store's main content area.
Primary Element Color - This is the color of your store's menu and navigational areas, as well as page titles and page number links.
Secondary Element Color - This is the color of your store's menu and navigational areas when you hover your mouse over them.
Element Link Color - This is the color of your store's menu and navigational links. This does NOT affect the link colors in the main content area of your store.
Content Link Color - This is the color of the links in the main content area of your store.
Logo Image - Your logos can be any size up to 1000px wide by 400px tall. However, a logo around 200px wide and 100px tall is generally considered an ideal size for most themes. For some themes, using a logo with a transparent background will yield the best visual results.
Background Image - While your background image can be any size or color, it is best if you use a seamless background pattern or gradient, so your store will look good in all browser sizes and screen resolutions.
Background Position - If using a background image use the drop down to set the position.
Product Sorting - This is how products will be sorted in your store.
Colors not right? Use the Reset Colors button.
To preview your store click the Preview Store button.
After adjusting fields to your liking click Save Changes (7).
