Managing Purchased Subscriptions

To view and manage your subscription click on Profile (1) then click on the Subscriptions (2) tab. Upon the page loading you'll see all subscriptions that you have purchased from Content Shelf powered stores.

Service Start Date (3) - This is the date the subscription was started.

Next Renewal Date (4) - This is the date the subscription renews.

Service Charge (5) - This is the fee that is charged for the subscription.

Service Status (6) - This is the status of the subscription. Upon selecting Cancel Service the billing and access will be terminated.

Renewal Type (7) - This is how the subscription is billed. Manual Renewal and Automated Renewal are the options with a button to renew if manual.

Card On File (8) - This shows the card on file if the subscription Renewal Type is Automated Recurring. At any time you can Update Card Info.
