An Overview of Taxes

This tutorial is a general in nature. For details on the available shipping options and how they work click the desired option below.

To get to the Taxes Management area click Sell (1) then choose the Taxes (2) area.

Premium Plus account holders will need to choose the store they want to manage and click the Pencil (Edit) Icon.

Fields include.

Taxing Method (3) - There are two options available. Click the link of the desired tax option for details.

• Sales Tax - Manual Set Up
• Value Added Tax (VAT) - Manual Set Up
• Value Added Tax (VAT) - Taxamo Integration

Tax Service (4) - At this time this is only used for selecting Taxamo Tax/Vat Service.

Apply Coupons (5) - Used to tell the system if coupons are applied before or after taxes are applied.

Tax Classes (6) - If manually setting up rates you'll use the Add Tax Class (7) button.

Upon setting up shipping methods click Save Changes (8).
