How to Upgrade Your Account Package and Purchase In-App Services

This tutorial will show you how to upgrade your Account Package and purchase In-App Services.

To upgrade your Account Package click on Profile (1) then the Upgrades & Add-Ons (2) tab.

Within the Your Current Package will click Change Package (3) and all available packages will appear. Choose the

Choose the package that best fits your needs and click Add To Cart (4). You can also choose to add Additional Storage (5) to any paid package even if you are not upgrading your actual package. Fees are calculated and pro-rated based on your renewal date.

If you are purchasing In-App Services (6) choose the desired service and click Add To Cart.

After adding the desired services and products to your cart you'll find the details within the Shopping Cart (7). To checkout just click the Checkout Button and the Payment Area (8) will appear. Just fill in your payment information and click Submit Order at the bottom of the page.

Note - The Change Package Area can also be used to downgrade your services.
